Cosmic Creative Confidence

The Universe experiences itself through the experience of each person. You are the Universe experiencing itself. You are God creating the world. By overcoming the creative blocks of the ego, the universe can shine through you via your creations.

This clicked Sunday, laying on the couch reading Tantra Illuminated. My favorite types of books are ones that are so dense with ideas or poetry, that they make me put them down to savor and digest. Thus I have been reading Tantra illuminated slowly, savoring the dense philosophy, all winter. It is as thick as a Bible, but espousing the mind-bending ideas of Medieval Kashmiri Mysticism. 

 Here’s the passage from the book that got me:

The thing about every individual being unique, and experiencing life in their own way made something about creativity click for me.

For a long time I struggled with feeling my art wasn’t good enough, comparing myself, wishing I was better. I’d end up feeling less then, rather then motivated to find my own way. I couldn’t find the creative confidence because I always felt not good enough. It is a weird wound to itch. I am not gonna elaborate now, but that’s what I’ve found is at the core of it. Cosmic Spiritual philosophies have helped me in finding my voice and style, which have helped me heal this wound of “not being enough” to discover I am something… My vibe is a thing, it's here and I can trust it.!

Rather then the old story of needing to get better at writing, now I understand it is about appreciating the vibes and circumstances that life throws my way. To embrace and trust the urges and curiosities of this incarnation. 

Thinking I am God experiencing itself in a unique way gives me a little more Why not? Gives me the joie de vivre I’ve been craving. To liberate myself from fitting in. Now I feel like a dewdrop reflecting the stars. It undoes or ego trips around who’s vision is better or worse. It is really about trusting your expression to be enough if it is honest.
